Systea
Scientific believes that in order to succeed, the customer must
come first. Not only do we maintain exceptional standards for our
analytical instrumentation for wastewater treatment and water analysis,
soil testing, food and beverage testing and Deep Sea Probe analysis,
we are committed to developing strong relationships with our customers.
A major focus of our business is placed on providing excellent customer
support and service. We believe this will ultimately separate Systea
Scientific from the competition in the markets we serve.
Our
technical support staff can assist you with questions about system
operations, troubleshooting, methodology, and other products and
services we offer. The technical support staff is available to assist
you Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 5:00pm CST. Our technical
support staff can be reached by phone, fax, or e-mail. If immediate
assistance is needed, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Systea
Scientific has developed an extensive network of distributors, manufacturer’s
representatives, and factory-trained and certified service technicians
who can provide scientific equipment repair; strategically located
throughout North America to perform service at a local level. Service
contracts are available for regular scheduled on-site repair and
maintenance. Service contracts can also be customized to include
training, emergency visits, and consumables. In order to insure
minimal downtime, customers with instruments under warranty or service
contract receive a free loaner, while their instrument is being
repaired. Systea Scientific operates three repair centers, and has
service technicians located throughout the United States. Systea
Scientific also provides in-house repair, service, and support through
its distributors in Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico.

Scientific also stocks a full line of consumables and parts, for
regular maintenance and emergency support. In-house, and customized
customer training and recertification is available beyond our regular
on-site training and installation. Systea Scientific also has a
powerful applications laboratory that can evaluate and develop new
customer methods and applications.
