Systea Scientific, LLC to be recognized for development of new “green” technology

The Honorable Judy Biggert, 13th District of Illinois, Holds Press Conference at Pittcon 2009

President's Science & Technology Award Presentation

March 5, 2009, Systea Scientific, LLC an Oak Brook, Illinois based company will be recognized by U.S. Representative Judy Biggert, 13th District of Illinois, at Pittcon 2009 for its new “green” nitrate technology. The Honorable Judy Biggert will also deliver remarks at the Pittcon Opening Ceremony, March 9, at 8:45 a.m. in the Grand Concourse of McCormick Place South.

Immediately following the Opening Ceremony, she will hold a press conference which will include an award presentation by Pittcon President Ed Ladner at 9:15 to 9:45 in Room S105BC. The press conference is open to all members of the media.

Congresswoman Biggert will then visit Systea Scientific Booth # 4475 to review the new “green” technology at 10:00 to 10:30 a.m.

A lifelong Illinois resident, Judy Biggert combines a wealth of experience as a legislator, lawyer, community leader, and small business owner to serve the suburban Chicago residents of Illinois' 13th District in the U.S. House of Representatives.
